I’ve used both nasturtium and oregano tinctures for UTI problems. They both fix it. Oregano seems to work faster but I prefer the taste of the nasturtium.

QUESTION: I have several raspberry cornflowers. Can I harvest them. use them like regular coneflower.
3rd planting and marsh mallow finally growing. In a cloth grow bag n germination in those bags has not been good. Don’t grow well either. Looking for a container to set them in that hold water at bottom

Love native plants grasses bushes trees animals and bugs ❤😊❤ And some try to get rid of non natives but misidentified natives and destroy them on accident or destroy natives in general trying to destroy non natives or unwanted plants. 😢

Have watched your video today was brilliant information. Have ordered one herb book so far and a wild foraging book. Ruth
Food as medicine is the worst way to profit since you can't patent nature. Unless GMO, but yea. xD I am getting better at growing stuff. Learning curves all around for everything. 😀
Another bookstore that I try to use is Half Priced Books. HPB started in the Pacific NW. (And it is not Amazon, although Amazon also started in the PNW. 😝 ) If a HPB store is close to you, you can call them and they will actually look for the book you want for you and then transfer it to your local store. But, they have an online store for used and new books. Their service is top notch!
If you can get to a store, they also buy books, videos and all forms of music, LP albums, CDs, etc. My favorite bookstore since 1980s, and they have lots of branches now.
A note on growing mint: I have two methods I use that keep it tamed: shade, and neighbors that can fight back. It isn't nearly as prolific in my shade garden, and it is surrounded by a columbine, a hydrangea, and a blackberry bush. It has not spread at all into any other part of my garden. If anyone sees this and is worried because they've heard horror stories of it taking over the whole yard, that is not always the case.
My dog eats grass when he has an upset stomach! Our health started declining in the early 1900's when a man named Kellogg made a cereal! Mass production! Then pharmaceutical drugs came into play! Aspirin comes from Willow bark. You cau can harvest and preserve it yourself, or eat the chemicals!

I try comfrey as cough reliever and vomited. But it worked good for kids. It grow well here. I transplanted 5 pierces this year and its going wild . And work good give tomatoes a boost when slow growing.

Hey sweet lady. My sister has a condition on her fingers that cause little white bumps that start to itch then skin to fester. I made her some balm made with herbs and tallow and it helped but not cure. To you have a salve remedy.
I have tried to grow Calendula, but the seeds never germinate. From reading, I'm guessing that the seeds are too moist. Do you have a source for buying the plants? I've searched my local stores and they don't carry Calendula. Is there another name I need to search by?

There are som herbs that everyone should grow. Oregano for one. Oreganos properties blows me away.
