I am trying this today here in my foot spa my son gave me I put the ice pack on the back of my head and my feet in the hot water this is bomb. I’ve had a headache for three days that was killing me and yes might not be permanent but I’ll do it everyday until this migraines go away . For sure if you’re a recovering alcoholic like me do this it will help you relieve the pain in your body ❤I love this dr

This may sound wacky but I must mention this because if your suffering is anything like mine I want to alleviate it. I notice when storms come barometric pressure changes and I get headaches. After it passes the migraine subsides greatly. I sat out on my porch and watched the trees, they swayed on top but the bottom was still. I considered that which is buried and in the earth was relaxed and at peace. When I have these migraines my brain is “swaying”, on top, but the bottom of my body I barely notice. I’ve considered that in order to calm the swaying migraine up top I need to ground myself like a tree does to withstand the migraine. I will be trying “grounding techniques” next time to alleviate and mitigate this suffering. If it works I’ll mention it in the comments. Nature is one of the great teachers and if we humble ourselves she preaches generously. Our emotions flow like water and etheric weather. Don’t be the rigged tree, be the malleable bending birch when necessary through surrender depicted in the pray bending in its nature. I love you.
I'm in Japan now. My headache is soooo bad, and the hotel doesn't have or is not allowed to give any medication to guests.. headache is so bad i can't go down to go to a store to get some tablets.. So what do i do? Search for natural cure on youtube. Of course, Dr. Mandell always has the simplest and most effective answer… I cannot thank you enough 🙌🏼
Hi Doctor, its pleasure meeting with you. i am suffering from migraine from almost 10 years. its generally comes after an yearly gap in winters.
