With mobile phones being banned in COVID-19 wards of all hospitals , we have decided to allow virtual interaction between the patients and their relatives through video conferencing. Every day, nurses at the isolation wards will approach the patients and connect them with their families over video call. The virtual visits will take place between 5.00pm and 6.00pm , and each patient will be allocated sufficient time to interact with their family members.The device (tablet) will be properly disinfected after every use.
