Anyone who's been watching this excellent channel and hasn't purchased a Red/NIR lamp, hasn't been paying attention. In addition to getting outside, I use my lamp throughout the year and now I look at the Red light (from across the room) for 3 minutes, first thing in the morning, once a week. That's in addition to routine NIR usage, most of which I learned from Dr Seheult.
His solicitors sound like they need to go back to law school.
It shouldn't cost Lloyd a penny, it's a criminal case, the authorities investigate and Lloyd should not be interfering in those criminal proceedings. If the authorities decide to pursue an international law case, if they decide this is a good use of taxpayers money because it's such a heinous crime taking into account Lloyd defamed himself, then that is their decision.
That medcram ep was gold; an up to date comprehensive multidisciplinary review; its 100% personally relevant; the underlying biophysical sci is fascinating, illuminating; the information/advice, not just impactful, revolutionary, practical, immediate, life changing if followed. Your further teaching by example here, reveals a mission of authentic compassion & sincerity. Most impressive!
Very interesting thanks. Deep red light is only seen around dawn, but would there be some benefit also in going out when awakening maybe two hours after sunrise?
Doc, I have a very serious retina condotion at a young age. I'm interested in anyhting to help improve eye health! Is there a certain time of morning that this light is most prevalent?
🤔 Question: I watch the sunrise every morning as I make my kids lunch for school. Am I still getting the benefits you speak of through a clear glass window?

I assume we need to remove our glasses for this effect?
Thank you!
Sunrise? Hard for me to stay up that late. Sunsets I love.
What times are most effective, early morning or later in the morning?
Thank you and God bless.

Thank you, Roger. Great Information.
Our Best to MedCram Team.
I've been sunning my eyes (eyes closed) for years. Glad to hear there's research now to support it.
Is sunrise actually at that particular wavelengths? Or better to get a device and lay in bed?
I halfway thought you'd say carrots, doc. But you didn't disappoint!
Bonjour ! I just received the notification! But it's 6 days after the video was posted . Strange
Thank you!
We call it sun salutation
Fantastic !
you might have mentioned that 670 nanometer NIR frequencies are more prevalent at sunrise and sunset for maximum benefits
