If I am suffering from MS disease and been taking injections that drop my immune. I have been doing this for more than 10 years…how can I increase my immune to fight nail fungus?
I put bleach on a k-tip and apply each morning, let sit for 10 min then cover in baking soda. I wear ugly crocs all day and when I do wear shoes and socks I pour baking soda in both my shoes and socks. I let my toes soak up the sunlight 10 min a day. Around 6pm I brush my toenails with soap and warm water with a toothbrush and then apply oregano oil and tea tree oil and then apply the baking soda again. I cut them down to almost nothing and filled them all the way down. Let’s see what happens…

Have tried Tea Tree Oil also. It made it worse for me.
I swap out my shoes each day wear a different pair. Clean white socks, taking antifungal supplements and probiotics and now, both big toes affected, left one is worst, losing the nail as it crumbles away. Biopsy revealed two rare fungal types:
Curvularia
Fusarium
Right now I'm bleaching my toes 2x daily.. It hasn't stopped it or improved it, it just changed the color from dark brown and lightened them some. The one thing it did do….the cuticle was separating from the nail. It did stop that.
I've taken Nystatin powder, Oil of Oregano, SF722, to name a few. No joy.

Unfortunately dermatologist laser treatment is the only satisfactory “cure” and even yet may return if ideal hygiene isn’t done. However undecylenic acid 10% is the best recommendation but buff and try to remove the damaged or cruddy nail as best as possible. After new nail grows in continuous care will be needed as fungus will return!
