I need help with sleeping and what to take while breastfeeding. I’ve only tried lavender, chamomile and magnesium glycinate but it never helps me. Breastfeeding is tiring enough. I was told that I can’t take Ashwagandha while breastfeeding. Idk what to do. Doctor allowed acetaminophen pm and I don’t like how I feel waking up from that.
