Her Weight-Loss Video Went Viral On TikTok. Here's What She Learned.
Last November, fitness trainer Lucy Bergin started recording her weight-loss journey, taking a daily image of herself in the same outfit to inspire herself. After losing 35 pounds over six months, she posted the video to TikTok, where it racked up 12 million views. Joining the 3rd Hour of TODAY from Tampa, she says, “I just kept telling myself that it wasn’t a short-term goal.”

Since when is losing weight a direct confirmation that you are healthy? Losing weight is great, definitely builds mental health, mostly. The problem with people trying to lose weight is not knowing their body type, not the same lifestyle works for everyone. So you are stuck trying to experiment to the point you get discouraged and the you quit. You head to the gym and go all in and you are completely wiped out with fatigue for over a week and then again, you quit. Weight loss, mainly, is a marketing term, "lose weight, feel great". If that isn't a mental health pitch, I don't know what is. Whatever lifestyle you choose, that is something that will benefit you mostly, and not just losing the pounds.

I suppose that the optimal manner will be a consequent vegetarian food combined with a regular bowel cleansing by taking 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach, this at least every second day. In this manner you will not only eliminate the waste in your intestines but all the toxins deposed in your liver too.
I want to get healthier because I dont want my son to ask why his Dad didn't try harder to be there for him when his diet was killing him and all he had to do was eat a little better… I just want to be here for him for as long as I possibly can.
