Speaking of melatonin. Why is that when we’re on our phones at night, we feel sleepy. But by the time we put it away, we don’t feel sleepy anymore?
Idk man, I have some stomach problems and ginger ale does some work.
i'm in my 60's and have had a problem with migraines since preschool age. the house that i grew up in only had a window unit ac in the dining room and my parents' bedroom, and i remember when i was tiny being so sick with migraines that i had projectile vomiting and being extremely hot and sweating (which is a symptom that i still have on occasion). my mother would put me to bed in her room, turn the ac on high, turn off the lights (because that made things worse), and give me a coke to drink because that was the ONLY thing that helped settle – and still does help – my stomach when i immediately vomited anything else back up. so yes, ABSOLUTELY, coke helps with an upset stomach. and no, it in no way got me 'hooked' on soft drinks. as a child we pretty much had milk, water, tea, and koolade. other than when i was sick or when we went to a fast food place (a real treat when i was growing up), the only time i got to drink coke was when visiting my grandparents.
2:47 My sister just suggested that I should let sugar melt on my tongue because I have the hiccups I was sceptical until she said that you said it works. I tried some and it melted… and as i'm typing this They're just gone. Thank you now every time i have hiccups I'm just going to down some sugar Lol Now i know that 1000% Of the stuff you say are true Thanks alot Dr.
Whenever I remember the day I met Dr Ikpoko on YouTube, I always feel excited cause he was able to cure my herpes virus with his herbal remedy!.
I used to put a warm tea bag on my hand if I ripped it doing the bars in gymnastics. I think the tannins were supposed to relieve the pain from the open skin… either way, all I know is it felt GREAT
Superglue on warts works too.
Dr. Mike: "don't use devices before bed." Me: continues waching his video at 10pm
Soda is NEVER GOOD TO DRINK…Its toxic 🙄🙄
I am glad to say that Dr Osaoji on YouTube has the best treatment to herpes.
Honey and apple cider vinegar tablespoon of each in warm water….you won't catch colds or flu.
Fasting helps reset your gut. Happens naturally when you are sick.
A little sugar and salt works wonders.
We (me & sibs as kids) were always told that soda worked because of the carbonation. Pop just tasted better than Alka-seltzer. Maybe ginger tea mixed with sparkling water for a non-sugary alternative?
So, duct tape is a natural remedy? Hmm 🤨 Where can I gather this natural wonder? 🤷♀️
I was a kid in the 60s and when we had the flu, it was common practice for the local pharmacist to have the kid at the soda fountain fill a medicine bottle with Coca-Cola syrup, with a prescription label that said to take one or two teaspoonfuls to settle our stomachs. It worked! (At least we thought it did–maybe it was the placebo effect, but no more upset stomachs after taking it!)
6:13 Also probiotics are good for C. diff infection. Hence the faecal transplant therapy
sprite helps an upset stomach, dc what you say.
my boy omni needs to know about the teabag lol
Re: sodas, I'd heard of drinking Ginger Ale when you're sick, but never Coca Cola!
